LANDMVRKS share two new tracks “Sulfer” + “Sombre 16”

FFO - Stray from the Path, Polaris

French metalcore band LANDMVRKS have released their double single "Sulfur" and "Sombre 16," offering fans a glimpse into their upcoming fourth album, The Darkest Place I've Ever Been.

The double release really sets the pace for what to expect with these two powerhouse tracks. Having previously released ‘Creature’, which graces us with the perfect mix of Metal and Rap.

Sulfur

This track opens up with a perfect ear-worm scream, which blasts into the catchy guitars. This track really sets the bar high for the rest of the album.

A stand out lyric is ‘GOT A BEAT IN MY CHEST THAT I CAN’T STOP, GOT A ROPE ON MY NECK THAT I CAN’T CUT’.

Sombre 16 (DARK 16)

A song entirely in French, after translating the lyrics into English, the meaning of this song becomes clear that it is about a very dark time. It’s nice to see a change of pace with this song.

Some lyrics that stood out from this song are ‘It's been years since I lost all my bearings, I don't really like medals, I especially like setbacks’.
