As The Structure Fails resurrects new single “Osiris”

March 21st Canadian metal band As The Structure Fails released their first single of 2025, “Osiris,” with an accompanying music video.

Hard-hitting riffs, melodically sonic lyrics with dual singers, and a great atmosphere in the chorus. “Osiris” brings us to a time of ancient gods. If you need a brief history lesson, Osiris is the Egyptian god of the afterlife and resurrection who ruled the underworld and judged the souls of the damned. Lyrically the singer seemingly battles with their own mortality and with their fate sealed by Osiris.

“Drawing me out of the sand

Into the eyes of Osiris

Don’t bother lending a hand.

I’d rather spiral down."

“This song takes the band in places we have never been creatively before, we tried to capture a unique darkness specifically in the lyrics and guitar sections of the song. This is the first time we’ve ever incorporated a real violin player into the music.” - As The Structure Fails
